It was during Burundi’s diaspora week when the presidential conference of the burundian diaspora members gets to interact with Burundi’s president, when Fablice MANIRAKIZA the chairperson of UBAKANATION GROUP proposed to the president to form a partnership of collaboration with the state of Burundi to reconstruct Burundi’s old central market.
